ALL HARDWARE SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds on OM POS
Hardware once they have been delivered.If a device is not working properly within
warranty, OM POS will only exchange the device after it has been troubleshooted
and identified of fault by our technical team. If for any reason the purchaser refuses
shipment or cancel the shipment before delivery of the OM POS System, the purchaser
is subject to pay 20% restocking fee(s) for the hardware.
